“A project close to our hearts is for sale once again! And how well it has been looked after since inception 25 years ago. As we reminisce about its origins and the creative process that shaped it, we’re reminded of the enduring legacy of art and architecture that defines this home. And very good to see what was considered a very confronting design (planning approval was a task!) has become a sound investment. This is also the case for another of our challenging designs in North Fremantle that has recently sold for a lucrative amount.”

November 20 2024 - Perth is OK - One of Leederville’s most interesting homes has hit the market!
“Resolutely practical, yet resoundingly romantic: industrial gem Glick House has hit the market (and our hearts).
Located on Leederville’s Tennyson Street, the home was originally created for celebrated Western Australian artist Rodney Glick by architects Geoff Warn and Jane Wetherall – now directors of With Studio, (formerly known as Donaldson Warn), with completion in early 1999.
Now heritage listed as an “award winning and striking example of Late Twentieth Century Functionalist style”, we’re struck by how well the design translates to contemporary design sensibilities, 25 years later.”
